Nick has been in the aviation industry for over 10+ years and holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Aviation & Technology from Lewis University. He began his career as a ramp agent before advancing to a Part 145 repair station technician and later an aircraft mechanic at Spirit Airlines.
In 2014 Nick transitioned into commercial parts sales, joining Jet International until 2017. He then continued his career at JSSI Parts & Leasing as the Gulfstream Product Line Manager through 2023, before co-founding Torque Aero.
Currently Nick resides in Chicago and is a huge Chicago sports enthusiast and Bears season ticket holder.
Forrest brings nearly 20 years of experience in corporate aircraft parts. He began his aviation career in 2005 after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth, joining Jet Asia Ltd in Macau SAR, China as Stores Department Manager. After arriving back in the states with his understanding of the global parts market, Forrest had a 10 year plus tenure with CRS Jet Spares as the Sales Director for the Midwest based out of Minnesota and then expanding to the West Coast. Before becoming a partner at Torque Aero, he held the Director of Sales – West Coast position with JSSI Parts and Leasing starting in 2019 through mid 2023. Residing in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, Forrest loves snowmobiling, off-road 4 x 4, mountain biking, fishing, camping, and boating on Lake Tahoe to thoroughly enjoy the mountain life.
Thomas has experience throughout the aviation industry starting at Lewis University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance and Management. Thomas has worked as a mechanic at F&E Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering along with Spirit Airlines where he quickly advanced to Senior Tech, and then part of the ORD troubleshooting and AOG travel Team.
Thomas has also spent time in the aftermarket parts support side, providing components for commercial accounts at Jet International as well as contributing within the Quality Control department. In his free time, he loves almost any recreation sport; golf, softball, basketball, bowling, and snowmobiling.
Sugun Ratti brings a strong background in aircraft maintenance and operations, with hands-on experience across business aviation including maintenance planning, logistics, and technician support on a wide range of aircraft. Her career spans Part 91 flight departments, repair stations, and fleet operations, giving her a deep understanding of maintenance planning, parts coordination, and customer communication. Prior to joining Torque Aero, Sugun worked with organizations including Wheels Up, Innova Aviation, and Jetworx. Sugun is also active in the aviation community, previously serving as President of the Women in Aviation International Greater Los Angeles Chapter and continuing to volunteer with the SoCal Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA).
Meet Mario. With over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, Mario brings extensive knowledge and a solutions-driven approach to supporting small, medium, and large business jets. He’s committed to helping customers navigate their parts needs while keeping supply chains efficient and reliable. Mario is experienced in sourcing parts for all major aircraft types: Gulfstream, Falcon, Learjet, Hawker, Challenger At Torque Aero, Mario focuses on building strong relationships and delivering dependable parts support across the business aviation market. Corey brings years of experience in aviation and technology sales, most recently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Bluetail, where he worked with flight departments, brokers, and operators to help them simplify record management and optimize their operations. With a strong background in business development and sales strategy, Corey has built his career on driving growth through meaningful relationships. He’s known for his customer-first approach — understanding each client’s needs, delivering tailored solutions, and always going the extra mile to ensure results.
With over 15 years of experience across diverse industries Lou brings a unique blend of operational insight, expertise, and cross-functional knowledge across the medical, auditing, and aviation sectors. Richard Yang Asia Sales Richard brings over a decade of experience in business aviation and sales, including 5 years as Director of Business Development in China with JSSI. Suli brings over 30 years of global aviation experience spanning flight operations, airline piloting, aircraft sales, management, and charter, most recently as Director of Business Development. Holding a Master’s in Aviation Management, he has worked across five continents, driving strategic growth, fostering multicultural collaboration, and connecting people worldwide.
With over a decade in aviation, Marco brings hands-on experience as an aircraft mechanic, Aviation safety manager, and CAMO specialist. Marco has worked with top names like Textron, Zenith Aviation, and Hyperion Aviation-giving him a well-rounded view of both operations and compliance. Now at Torque Aero, Marco blends his technical know-how with a customer-first mindset to support operators across the globe. Oh-and he’s fluent in English and German.
